I heard about websites like Popcorn where people got letters and had to pay thousands because of downloads. I want to avoid that problem.

Meine Ausbildung endet bald und mein Betrieb hat mir gesagt, dass ich wahrscheinlich nicht übernommen werde. Das genaue Ende bzw. das Prüfungsergebnis weiß ich aber noch nicht, daher kenne ich mein offizielles Ausbildungsende noch nicht genau.
Soll ich mich jetzt schon bei der Bundesagentur für Arbeit arbeitssuchend melden oder erst wenn das Prüfungsergebnis da ist? Und wann muss ich mich genau arbeitslos melden, damit ich keine Nachteile oder Sperre bekomme?

I am 27 german citizen, living in Germany, and my I-130 was approved on July 1, 2025 and sent to the Department of State on July 4, 2025 for visa processing. Has anyone had a similar timeline and how long did it take for you to receive your visa, and is there any faster option since my entire family are US citizens and own a house there?
