Bleeding and possible loss or SCH??

TW: possible/likely miscarriage

Im 5 weeks 3 days, my last hcg on Tuesday doubled perfectly, previously spotted twice but both stopped pretty fast and weren't concerning. Today, I passed a blueberry sized clot, with bright red blood that gushes anytime I cough, change position, etc. A few hours later, passed 3 golf ball sized clots at different intervals. Still bleeding but its slowing down. Mild continuous cramps. Not any worse than at any other times, just more consistent.

Its the holiday weekend so the clinic will get me in next week for a scan and to talk to the provider. My first scan was supposed to be at 7 weeks.. In the mean time, I was told to limit activity and continue meds, which I plan to. But the nurse and 3 people are saying it could be a subchorionic hematoma. For those that had an SCH, did you experience anything like this, and what were your outcomes? I genuinely do believe this is my 4th loss, but I guess im having moments of denial where I think they could possibly be right.

Im in the USA, so I won't be going to the ER for answers due to the cost and wait, as well as the inability to change the outcome.

I guess I dont know what im looking for by posting this. Im crying, in the middle of a fight with my husband (he tried to put it aside and be here but I was sobbing and sent him away), and I feel like im just reaching for threads at this point.

Thank you for reading ❤️

Hi! We just had out first FET today of a day 6 5BB male embryo. The doctor said everything looked great and the embryo continued to progress as expected.

I previously had a twin pregnancy that ended in a first trimester loss, which I believe can minimally increase odds for future twin pregnancies. I understand that when blastocytes hatch, they expand/contract and can appear in either point on photos. Are embryologists able to determine/make an educated guess that an embryo is likely split? Or is it impossible to know due to the pulsing until that live ultrasound is done to see at least 2 sacs?

My cousins are identical twins and ive always been fascinated by it.

Thank you so much :)

Hey guys... ive read posts about constipation surrounding ER, but not much about surrounding FET. Has anyone dealt with this a few days prior to the transfer? Ive been on 6mg/day estrace for 2ish weeks and am starting progesterone today (50mg done this morning, a second 50 MG dose tonight, then once nightly after this).

I have been taking miralax daily for the last 4 days, colace for 3 days, and things are barely moving. Google says estrogen can sometimes lead to this, but Im not seeing anyone's actual experiences with it.

Any advice? Hoping to avoid stimulant laxatives if possible but im so uncomfortable. I work as a colonoscopy nurse too, so im genuinely considering doing a full miralax colonoscopy prep soon just to get relief, but would rather take less drastic, ivf safe measures 😭 please help lol.
