How common is it for fans of Japanese movies to watch a significant number of live-action manga adaptations without realizing they are adaptations?

I say this because I've noticed that a large number of manga have live-action adaptations, many of which aren't very well-known or don't have much value outside of Japan. Obviously, in the case of Attack on Titan, AoT, Jojo, Gintama Cutie Honey, Sailor Moon, Devilman, etc., it's noticeable because of their fame and overall style; you can see that they are adaptations. But there are also many more grounded live-action adaptations like Old Boy, MW, Sanctuary, Dragon Head, Himizu, which many people don't even know are live-action adaptations.

O que acham do Go Nagai?

What made you like Kamen Rider?

Besides the fact that my inner child never completely died and my eyes light up when I see guys in armor and plastic weapons fighting with CGI effects that, even though cheap, end up being incredibly cool, something I really enjoy is how a children's series manages to address so many interesting and adult themes, directly and indirectly. We've seen things like the consequences and effects of war, dehumanization, maturation, the weight of actions, suicide, and even metaphors for drug trafficking. All this in a way that doesn't seem overly edgy, but without losing its impact. It's not as much compared to other media, but every now and then I see some people saying, "You still think this is for kids? It has deaths and heavy themes!", when I, personally, think it's really cool that a children's series addresses certain themes better than many "serious and mature" series.

Has the manga ever mentioned whether the Mamodo World is a different planet or some kind of alternate dimension?

I hope it's not just my bad memory, but I don't remember exactly when this was mentioned, but it's something I've been thinking about lately.
