Anything as long as it’s good and long
Last book I listened to was Joe Hill’s King Sorrow and I loved it, which I guess as a lifelong fan of ostensibly anything related to Stephen King, it is to be expected. Other favorites over the last couple of years were NOS4A2 also by Hill, No Country/The Road by McCarthy, David Sedaris/Augusten Burroughs memoirs, Miller’s “Circe”, Project Hail Mary, ASOIAF series. I’m getting an audible credit in an hour or so and am taking all suggestions.

What can I make with chicken and Parmesan cheese that isn’t chicken Parmesan?
Wife doesn’t like marinaras/red sauces
Edit: I’m gonna sear the chicken and then stuff with a mix of spinach, cream cheese, parm, and roasted minced garlic, and bake.
