The One Handed Bolt Carbine doesn't fulfill the roll its try to fill, at least on Absolute difficulty. It either needs a damage buff, an ammo buff, or an accuracy buff. It eats through ammo while not doing enough work to justify it. It lacks the stopping power of other secondaries while also being too inaccurate to consistently headshot minoris enemies. Don't get me wrong, i love using it and will continue to use it, but it definitely doesn't feel very strong on Absolute difficulty
