I’m playing team colonel. Idk why but I can’t use chaos unison. I have dark lance,wide, and meteor equipped, but it doesn’t let me unite. What am I doing wrong?

Which battle network game started letting you transform into him and use dark chips? It’s been awhile since I played them on game boy and I’m probably gonna get the collection on PlayStation.
