Over the past few days, I’ve been reading multiple discussions here regarding recent INI-CET/NEET-PG preparation struggles and exam patterns. I recently completed my MD from an INI and would like to start contributing to this community in a structured way.

Which subject/topic do you genuinely find most difficult or confusing during preparation, where detailed conceptual discussion, revision strategies, or clinical integration would help the most?

I’ll try to start with the subjects that the majority feels need better guidance.
