Having my parents at my house is like having extra children
I moved to a different country, my parents don't get to visit often. In fact this is the first time my mother (74) has visited us since my son was born (they've met when I've visited them).
Somehow I thought it would be nice to have an extra set of hands in the house to help out... NOPE I need to entertain and they are actually not only not helping but getting in my way of parenting my son.
My mom has set up shop in the living room so I don't even have a space to escape to.
Baby Boomers, man. Two more days....
