Low Boeing seats on American flights

Am I the only one that feels like all of the actual seats on Boeing aircraft for American planes are significantly lower to the ground than other airlines fleets or the American Airbus fleet? I have some back issues and sitting in positions where knees are above the hips can be challenging and to avoid this I literally have to sit on a cushion on the Boeing aircraft. On anything Airbus American I don’t.

Why are they so low / does anyone else dislike this or am I on my own lol. From a circulation basis it’s def better to have seats be a little higher anyways (this is why you will see NBA players like LeBron sitting on a wedge / cushion on the bench during games). For context I’m also not like some giant - normal 6 foot 175 lb male.

I am aware that corporate companies that have actual travel agreements with Southwest are eligible to receive "partner credits" if they hit certain qualifying flight segment targets each quarter that can be redeemed through Southwest Business Assist.

However, it is not clear to me what these credits actually are for / do? What is the actual economic value of them??
