Italy/milan travel tips for December 20-28?

Will be traveling to Milan on December 20, landing in Italy on the 21st. We plan to stay in Como or Varenna for 21-22/23rd because I plan to propose at balbianello on the 22nd, then Milan for the rest of the days. (Would it be better to make Milan a base hub? Besides Como/varenna, I think we definitely want to take one day trip somewhere else from Milan)

A local photographer I booked said I NEED a car, even if I plan to train, bus or ferry, that a car is a must for travel. Is this true? I thought local transportation was fairly easy and frequent or is it just because December weather may change outcomes?

Proposal in December 20-27???

I’m planning to go to lake como Villa balbianello in December and was curious how busy is it? I plan to get the photography permit and hire a photography for a public proposal and photoshoot after.

Will it be super busy the week of Christmas December 20-27? The private area for 30 minutes for 600 euros isn’t worth it to me, unless that includes photography permit as well.

Planned base camp will be como city, any recommendations out there?

25M, 301 ng/dL what do I do?

First dr visit in years, below are my results. I was shocked about it being borderline low. I’ve had these physical symptoms for awhile but just pushed through thinking it was just cause I work nightshifts as a nurse. I’m relatively strong/fit so I started wondering how much my test levels are holding back potential benefits in mental, physical, and emotional health.

The only thing dr suggested was a sleep study. Do I just straight up ask about test therapy? Even though 300 is considered the cutoff I’m literally at 301 lol

Primary Lab Findings:

Total Testosterone: 301 ng/dL (Borderline Low for age 25)

Free Testosterone: 9.5 pg/mL (Low-Normal)

TSH: 4.9 mIU/L (High/Subclinical Hypothyroidism)

Free T4: 1.43 ng/dL (Normal, but TSH remains elevated)

LDL Cholesterol: High (Possible secondary symptom of Thyroid/T levels)

Physical/Clinical Symptoms:

Nail Quality: Hapalonychia (soft, thin, easily bendable fingernails).

Cognitive: Persistent brain fog and chronic tiredness.

Sleep: Non-restorative sleep (fatigue despite sleeping enough hours).

Metabolic: Elevated LDL despite controlled diet/lifestyle.
