Santa Fe Compact70 not running as efficiently as before?

I have a Santa Fe Compact70 in my crawlspace and it appears to not be performing as efficiently (if at all) than the last few years (Installed in 2022). Filters are changed regularly.

Is there anything specific that I can do to check if it is actually functioning properly? The air coming out of the back of the unit feels cool or like house fan air blowing. Is this normal?

The unit connects to a blue container via a clear tube. I can see water coming out of the unit and into the container. The water is then transferred outside through another tube by a pump. Could my issue be here?

Fair quote for installing tv enclosure on siding?

I am looking at installing a tv enclosure (storm shell) and a tv on wood siding similar to the link below. I am considering doing it myself but would look like the siding cut out so it is a little bit recessed instead of directly on the siding and also an electrical outlet installed behind it.

This may be beyond the scope of what I can do. Any ideas what this would cost for material and labor (excluding the enclosure and tv)?
