What can you tell me about this helmet?

Generally speaking, I already know its history, but I’d rather ask you what you think or what you can tell me about it. It’s definitely not Soviet-made. Supposedly, it’s an Adrian helmet modified by the Chinese.

This is basically my last question

he same guy has an identical NSDAP flag for sale—but without the tag—and wants 450 euros for it. It doesn't have the scratch the 500-euro one has, but the attachment point is torn.
He claims it’s genuine too, but I’d rather get your opinion first... and also, which flag should I buy—this one or the one from my previous post? (I marked the previous post as NSFW, and now I can't even see it or reply to comments myself—sorry for my stupidity lol) Help me to decide

Here are more photos of the NSDAP flag a friend wants to sell me for 500 euros

There’s also the same one—but without the tag—for 450 euros, though it doesn't have the damaged swastika on the other side. It’s supposedly been verified, but I’m asking for your opinion.
