af anonas branch

Am I the only one who feels like the shower/restroom area at AF Anonas feels really heavy and creepy?

Earlier, I was in the restroom near the shower area and the door suddenly locked. I tried opening it, and it eventually opened, but it honestly scared me a bit. I also sometimes see shadows in my peripheral vision when I’m inside that restroom. I usually ignore it, but the whole area just gives me a weird feeling.

To be clear though, the branch itself is really good. The equipment is well-maintained, the place is nice, and the people are friendly. It’s just the shower/restroom area that feels weird to me.

Has anyone else experienced this?

4’11”, 41 kg, 1 month into the gym. Should I lose more body fat or focus on building muscle?

I’m actually pretty happy with how my body looks now, but I honestly don’t know what I should improve next. I’m not sure if I should try to lose more body fat, maintain my current weight, or focus on building muscle instead.
My goal is to have a toned, athletic physique, but I’m not sure what the best next step is. I’d really appreciate any advice from people with more experience.

do i have potential to start running?

hi im a girl, 4’11 and 42kg. ive been doing brisk walking almost everyday on a walking pad and also tracking my walks on strava. i usually walk for a few km at a decent pace but i’ve never really tried running before.

do you guys think i have potential to start running or should i just keep building my walking endurance first? i kinda want to try jogging but i’m not sure if my current level is enough or if i’ll struggle too much. any advice would help :)

sharing my skincare routine + supplements

just sharing my skincare + lifestyle routine in case it helps someone who’s also trying to improve their skin glow 🫶

anti bacterial soap: safeguard white camellia (daily)
soap: beauche beauty bar soap (orange) + dove shea butter soap (daily)
exfoliate: abonne spa milk salt scrub (2–3x a week)
lotion: abonne milk lotion with collagen + lycopene (every after shower)

supplements: belo glutathione with collagen + cosmo cee (citrus bioflavonoids + sodium ascorbate)

i also drink vitacoco or pure coconut water daily for hydration.

i walk on the treadmill or outside daily for exercise. i feel like sweating helps too since it keeps my skin looking fresher and less dull.

just consistency + hydration + sunscreen have been helping me a lot lately ✨
