SAY NO TO AI INTERVIEW

WE DESERVE RESPECT.
And it’s time we take it back. Companies say their greatest asset is their people—yet many now require candidates to interact with AI just to be considered for a job.
Let that sink in.
AI is transforming the workforce, but replacing human interaction in hiring isn’t innovation—it’s a shift that risks undermining trust, fairness, and professional respect.
I’m drawing a clear line: I will not participate in AI-driven interviews or automated screening that replaces real human engagement. If a company can’t invest time in speaking with qualified professionals, that tells me everything I need to know about how they value people.
We deserve better.
We’ve earned our expertise through years of experience, education, and real-world problem solving. That deserves respect—not reduction to an algorithm or a scripted interaction. And if that respect has been lost in the rush toward automation, then it’s time we take it back.
This isn’t about rejecting technology. It’s about accountability.
AI should support professionals—not replace human judgment, connection, and respect. If more of us set that expectation, we can influence how these tools are used and ensure they work for us—not against us.
I support innovation. I also expect respect.
The future of work should still include—and value—humans.#FutureOfWork
