i currently love eating brie with apricot jam, I would love to hear more pairings as a complete cheese non-connoisseur !

I’ve been skating for 3 months and currently practicing my continuous forwards outside and inside edges. I would like to try backward edges but i have no idea how to even start practicing them😭 I watched tutorial vids but I just can’t wrap my head around it.

Anyone have tips on body position, and practices that could help? 🙏
