How do you track what's actually working (or not) for hormonal skin? Looking for your systems
I've struggled with hormonal acne for years and I feel like skincare is only half the puzzle I've tried so many products but the real chaos is keeping track of everything underneath. My cycle, my labs, new supplements, diet changes, stress it all affects my skin but I can never actually connect the dots because the info is everywhere.
Do you keep any kind of log? Like do you track your cycle alongside your skin, or keep notes on when you started a new product vs when you broke out? Some people I've talked to use Google Sheets, some just take photos, some do nothing and just try to remember 😅
Has any system actually helped you figure out a pattern or finally explain to a dermatologist what's going on?
