I'll start by saying that I know absolutely nothing about cell phones. That being said, I have a Samsung A12 and I noticed it was getting slower, losing battery faster, getting hot faster etc. It's all slight but noticeable. I went to settings to see if I could do something and saw that it hasn't had a software update since 2024 Is it ok to do the update or will it break my phone somehow? It seems like that's a long time but again I know nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I received my summer ebt card and I can not get through to activate it. I've called both numbers from different phones at different times of day and still can't get through. The normal ebt customer service number hangs up as soon as the call goes through and the summer ebt customer service number hangs up after two steps in. Anyone else going through this?
