Lower back pain/ upper hip pain post PAO surgery?

Hey guys, I’m 8 weeks post PAO and have the worst lower back/ upper hip pain on my operated hip.

I’m meant to be full weight bearing on one crutch but the pain is so bad I can hardly fully weight bear and have to use two crutches. I only get the pain when trying to weight bear or bending to sit down.

I can’t tell if it’s nerve or muscle related 😩did anyone else have the same thing? Did it go away? Thanks :)

Knee pain 7 weeks post PAO

Hey everyone, I’m 7 weeks post PAO on my right hip. Before surgery I never had knee pain, but the past few weeks I’ve had knee pain on my operated side under my knee if that makes sense. I feel like it could be nerve related as it seems every time I take a step with my crutches (full weight bearing) I get a strange pain in my knee.

Has anyone else had this issue or can anyone give me any advice?

My physio and surgeon don’t seem too concerned/ know why it’s happening so any advice would be great!

POTS developed after surgery?

Hi everyone, about two weeks ago I had a major hip reconstruction. I was in hospital for a week and didn’t notice any heart rate changes. Literally the day I got home I noticed when I would stand up my heart rate would sky rocket and when I sat down it would shoot straight down. I ended up going to get it checked out and the nurses told me it was postural tachycardia. I’ve been told it’s temporary in my case but I’m just reaching out to see if anyone has had a similar experience as I’m pretty overwhelmed especially after just coming out of surgery. Thanks :)
