How do I convince my manager for early release?

I was never allocated a proper project in my entire tenure at the company and so I started exploring all opportunities. I've finally bagged the company which aligns with my requirements and got an offer letter which they said to accept in 24 hours. But my current Manager is not allowing me for early release despite me being on the bench. He is saying he mapped me to a new project so I have to serve 90 days np. But the new company is asking for 30 days. Earlier many employees were released early, but I don't know why he isn't allowing me. How do I negotiate? Are there any ways? I've tried asking for a buy out but he isn't allowing for that either. I really don't want to miss this opportunity as the market is worse.

Any idea about Anderson global ??

Hi,

I've been recently interviewed at Anderson global company. The role says it's fully remote. Hr and the head of engineering said the same. But the Hr also mentioned to me to say to the Head of India during a cultural fitment interview that I'm only available for remote and if I say I'm okay with the WFO, he'll ask me to work from the office. Should I be worried about this as the office is only in Ahmedabad which is a 2 day journey to me. I'm really looking for remote roles only. Any advice?

Anyone got a Final Round invite again after already attending the Final Round?

I completed my Accenture Final Round interview and later received another Final Round scheduling email.

The strange part is that no HR or recruiter contacted me to schedule another interview. I only received an auto-generated scheduling email.

The new email has the same Requisition ID and Application ID as the original one, and my portal still shows only one application.

Candidate support says I cleared the interview, but I've received different explanations for why I got the second email.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, was it a system glitch or did you actually have to attend another Final Round?

Also, did the second invite have the same Requisition ID/Application ID or a different one?

Anyone Received a Final Round Invite Again After Completing the Final Round? (Same Requisition ID and Application ID)

Looking for insights from people familiar with Accenture hiring.

I attended and completed a Final Round interview. Candidate support has repeatedly told me that I cleared the interview and received good feedback.

However, after the interview, I received another Final Round scheduling email. When I contacted support, some representatives said it was a technical glitch, while another said I was mapped to another requirement that needs another interview.

What confuses me is that the new scheduling email has the exact same:

Requisition ID

Application ID

Job Application

I only have one application in the portal.

For those who have received another Final Round invite after completing one:

Did your Requisition ID change?

Did you get a new application created?

Or can the same Requisition ID be used even if you're being considered for another requirement?

Trying to understand whether this is actually a new interview requirement or just a system issue.

Need Honest Career Advice: Apex, Interview Prep, and Job Switching in Salesforce

Need some career advice from experienced Salesforce developers.

I have around 3.5+ years of Salesforce experience working on Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud. However, I feel my coding skills, especially Apex problem-solving and hands-on development, are not as strong as they should be for the next level.

I'm currently preparing for Salesforce Developer interviews and would like to know:

What skills should I focus on to become a strong Salesforce Developer?

How can I improve my Apex coding and problem-solving abilities?

Are there any projects, websites, Trailhead modules, GitHub repositories, or coding exercises you would recommend?

What topics are commonly asked in Salesforce Developer interviews nowadays?

How do experienced Salesforce developers apply for jobs and get interview calls? Through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri, recruitment agencies, or something else?

I'm looking for practical advice from people who have successfully switched companies or grown into senior developer roles.

Thanks in advance!

Right hand dominant. Struggling with health issues, failure in finding new jobs despite efforts, scared of marriage (had a broken relationship earlier). Will I ever become normal? Also lost lots of money in trading. How is my life?

Helpdesk says I qualified, but no HR communication for weeks. Has anyone experienced this?

I applied for a Level 10 role, cleared the Skill Interview on May 2, and attended the Final Round on May 26. After the interview, I kept receiving duplicate Final Round scheduling emails and my portal status remained stuck at "Interview."

When I contacted candidate support, they told me I had qualified and didn't need to schedule again. Recently, another representative told me that although I applied for Level 10, my profile was evaluated for Level 11 and that I may have to wait for a suitable opening.

The confusing part is that I still haven't received any official communication, HR call, assessment, document request, offer, or rejection.

Has anyone else been told they qualified but then had to wait because of level mapping or opening availability? What was the final outcome?

Cleared interview but told I'm mapped to a different level with no current opening?

Need some advice from people familiar with Accenture hiring.

I applied for a Level 10 role, completed all interview rounds, and candidate support told me that I qualified.

However, when I followed up about the delay, I was told that I was evaluated/selected for Level 11 instead, and that there may not be an immediate opening for that level. I was told to wait for further communication.

Has anyone experienced something similar where they cleared the interviews but were mapped to a different level than the one they applied for?

Did you eventually receive an offer, stay in a talent pool, or get rejected later?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this.

Accenture application showing "under reservation"

Need help understanding an Accenture application status.

I attended the Final Round interview, but later I've been receiving another Final Round scheduling auto generated emails everyday. When I called support earlier, they said my interview was completed and I could ignore the email. Today, another support representative told me my profile is "under reservation" and mentioned something about an audit.

My portal still shows "Interview".

Does anyone know what "under reservation" means in Accenture's hiring process? Is it a hold status, audit review, rejection, or something else?

Final round cleared but no confirmation

I've been struggling with Accenture's hiring process from the beginning. First it was an issue of remapping as the old role is closed. Then after the final round, the status is not updated to 'interview completed'. It's still showing 'interview' only. And I've been getting emails to schedule my final round again. I contacted the support team using the number mentioned in mail and they said I've cleared my final round and no need to schedule again. But the status is still in 'interview' only. And no update or confirmation mail came. It's been a week since I gave the final round. I was asked to upload documents even before my final round lol. Now no update. I'm confused.

Final round is done only 15 minutes

I cleared the first round of the custom software engineer role and was asked to attend the in-person virtual round for the final round. When I went, the panelist asked only my intro, notice period, one tech question that's too basic and preferred location, if I'm willing to work in other domains if assigned and similar simple questions. He asked how many months I was on the bench since my release, and just said if not questions we can wrap. My friends who were selected, were asked many questions including tech for 1-1.5 hours in the final round. And people who were rejected, were asked similar to me. Does that mean I'm rejected? The person who interviewed me is a project manager & program manager ( I saw his profile on LinkedIn).

Confused about final round of interview

Hi. I've been contacted by a consultancy and they applied me for Custom Software Engineer L10 role at Accenture. I've got interview scheduled and when I see in dashboard, it showed the role is changed to Application Support Engineer, but same job description. I've given interview and the interview went for about 30 minutes which is the skill round as per mail. After 10 days, I got mail stating that role is closed due to some developments. Immediately next day I got a mail asking me to upload my ids and pay slips. I've uploaded. Later I got mail stating they enrouted my profile to Custom Software Engineer role and will have 2 rounds again. Within 10 minutes, I got a mail saying the slots need to be booked for final round and this is in person virtual one. Does this mean they considered my previous interview as first round here? And now it says final round. Will this be a tech round or managerial and hr round? I'm confused.
