Sleeping problems - ADHD
I’m looking for advice for better sleep. What helped you the most?
Even since , I’ve had humongous sleeping problems. I can’t fall asleep before 1am, I wake up in the middle of the night and I can’t sleep for long. It’s eating me during the day but not much things had helped.
I’ve tired sleeping pills, melatonin, magnesium, soft lightning hours before sleep but nothing really helped and I feel like It’s getting worse and worse. Any advice?
