For those of you that get your nails done, waxing, etc, how often do you get them done? Just asking out of curiosity because it seems like a lot of money to upkeep.

Hi everyone, I am on a waiting list to get bariatric surgery and have started to join some meetings beforehand. I have been asked to track:
- my activity
- food and drink intake
- stress
- mood
- sleep
Can you share with me any Google Sheets/apps/books etc that you used that you found helpful to track all of these things?

Y’all what am I doing wrong? When I wear a dress I wear a bodysuit Shapewear that has a gusset that would make it easy to pee. The issue is.. I move the gusset out of the way and urinate.. so how is there still urine getting on the gusset part?? Everytime! It’s gross and I don’t like it and then I spend all day damp in my own urine. What the heck am I doing wrong? I don’t get it. Is it just that I don’t pee in a straight line and it goes all over? I don’t know but I’m doing something wrong! Help!
