I am always paranoid!

My mind always says that people are trying to harm me and if they find something ,they will use that against me! That's why ,I can't trust anybody! That's why I don't have any deep relationships and I don't open up to other people! I feel like they will use it in a gossip and probably use that as a mockery !

How should I deal with this?

How should I stop seeing people as enemy although not everybody is my enemy!
