Flower vs Joints

Hello! I recently got into smoking and was wondering which would be more cost effective: Getting pre-rolls or getting flower? I feel like getting flower would be cheaper but you still have to buy the wraps so I figured id ask somewhere which would be better to get.

Got my diagnosis- yay?

So yeah, I got my diagnosis after a psych eval was recommended to me by my psychiatrist, and when they were talking to me about it they said I hit all the marks they look for when diagnosing these things. However, when I go to read over the physical report, it says that I have overexagerated my symptoms. I took that as completely invalidating because I feel like im being called a faker or something when its like... this is just... how im experiencing these things? I just dont know how else to feel about it besides like im going to be judged for it by my psych and not be taken seriously anymore... is there any positive way to interpret this or am I just an overexagerator and nothing is as serious as it feels to me?

(Mention of pregnancy for anyone who doesnt like that topic)

Ok, so I have a procedure scheduled for June- a bilateral salpingectomy- Right now, I want a close to zero chance of getting pregnant, but since im in a relationship and me and my partner would both want kids at some point later in our lives, im wondering if the salpingectomy is the best option to go for.

I understand that it's irreversible, but helps in preventing ovarian cancer and ectopic pregnancies. What are the pros and cons of a tubal ligation (cut, burn, tie) vs a salpingectomy (total removal) and cost wise, which would be the better option if I WERE to decide if I wanted to carry kids in the future? I just want to know from you guys' experiences and knowledge what I should consider when deciding on something as big a decision as this.
