54 yrs old

I have a state job that will pay a pension but my salary is low only 60k a yr without much room for advancement.

I will hit my 20yrs in 10yrs at 64yrs old. But my full retirement age is 67.

My husband has no retirement no pension and is 1 yr older than me. Makes 65k a year.

We have not been smart with money. Basically live paycheck to paycheck.

But we could scrap up about 250 a month and invest it somehow but we don't know where or how to begin.

Any advice?

My friend has about 8 tickets since 2018 till 2023. In several different counties.

How can she go about getting them cleared up so she can get her driver's license back? I'm sure most of not all have turned to warrants by now.

Smith county, Kaufman county, Henderson County and Wood County.

Any help greatly appreciated.

They are all about $400 each when you look up her driver's license online. We tried finding a traffic attorney to help couldn't find one local and the online deal seemed sketchy.
