Struggling to 3 Star MOC

I've been recently trying my hand at the end games modes(Not starward yet, im working on a Saber/Gil team for it but thats gonna take some time) but I just cannot seem to clear MOC with 3 stars.

My biggest sticking point seems to be my Himeko Nova team which takes too long to clear and im thinking I need to swap Acheron out for something else bit I have no idea who.

Any advice yall have would be appreciated

Multiple copies of her lightcone

So on the last day of her banner I got super lucky and managed to pull 2 copies of Yaos Signature lightcone and I've been sitting on both of them since.

My question is it worth it to superimpose to S2 or would I be better off sitting on it for another Elation unit just in case?
