Suppose one flunks a few tests but does well enough in the block and has an attendance above 85, where do they stand? how is the assessment done and how much does it contribute to the professionals and can it significantly tear down your grade?

I absolutely hate the medical college I'm in and I want more than anything to change to another, potentially cmh but for that I'd either have to give nums again or wait for migration, neither of which are certain but my current college is absolutely suffocating me

The second year exams lasted till like March for uhs. I want to migrate to another college after my second year proffs but if i do know that college timings can significantly make things harder so how do I manage? Does the uhs calendar change each year? If anyone has migrated please let me know how it was for you

It feels as if everyone is hundreds of miles ahead of me while I'm still grasping the abcs of medicine and it makes me feel SO stupid. I don't even feel like a medical student but just someone doing an advanced course in sciences with a lab coat on

So this massive group dislikes my friend and I because God knows why, insecurity I'm assuming and it is so embarrassing, one sided beef 💔 My friend still talks to them because she wants to like be on good terms with our classmates and stuff since we're going to be stuck with these people for a very long time.

So these girls make snide remarks against her, she was telling me that the other day, she was with them, and she heard them like mocking her and whatnot, like, that is pathetic, firstly. I'm sorry, you are so insecure about the way that you talk that you need to drag other people down in order to feel better about yourself? That's bad enough, I'm so sorry that your existence is nothing more than that. So today we had to stay back for something and so we were sitting alongside our other friends.

This girls explanation was that she wanted the room look "fuller" then why would you pick a SINGULAR person from a FILLED row and send them to the back??? Mind you she has NO authority whatsoever 😭😭😭

Regardless, so she does that and when I look back at my friend and that girl who's sat a row behind me gestures for me to go as well and so I go to my friend, I drag her from there, and I go sit in that girl's row because who do you think you are? If you want the row to be filled so damn bad, YOU can go to the back. Wtf are you trying to do???

When that girls friends leave, another friend of mine who had joined gestures for that girl to join us and I can tell she very clearly knows that she messed up and so she declines.

Once the meeting ends, I go towards her and I ask her why she did that and she says, it was to make the room fuller and tells me i could've gone to the back as well??? Like thats an explanation and i tell her it was was very rude of her and for her to not do that again and I leave because idgaf 💔 I've made my point.

I just know tomorrow I'm going to be talked about 🥹
