You ordered COD and pay the amount to the delivery rider via Gcash. But rider says he messaged the wrong number to you [which you just copy pasted] and asks you to resend to his correct gcash account. Some fall for this initial step or don't care if it's a small amount only.

But you decline double payment because it's not your fault. When you demand your parcel or amount reimbursement, rider harasses you for threatening his livelihood and eventually reports you to the barangay. Kakampi niya pa mga ka-unit niya sa hub kahit ireport mo sa shopping platform ang non-delivery. They will feed false info to the shopping platform while co-harassing you, tag-team with the rider at fault. The goal is for you to give up on your parcel/reimbursement claim. Ayaw mo mapa-barangay, eh gago ikaw nga dinehado, ikaw pa masama. So susuko ka sa claim mo kasi ayaw mo ng gulo. Ang ending? Talo ka sa pera, talo ka sa parcel, at pinagmukha ka pang tanga kasi niloko ka nila mula umpisa.

Problem/Goal: I can't quit work til I can transition to another organization because life diba (already sent out applications).

Context: Matagal na kong pagod, at ang pinaka nagpa pagod sakin ay office politics of petty unprofessional people. Imagine by minor comparison the ongoing senate drama \~ at may grupong inuuna drama at personalan imbis actual work \~ it's a recurring version of that for more than a year. And a warm up pattern of that year prior (intriguing against honor and siraan sa likod at sa ibang tao, bago ang sumunod na taon na harapan na at apakan levels sa work opportunities). Then ang boss naman patay malisya kasi wala siyang people conflict skills, and would rather address other very real work concerns. [Syempre lumayo rin loob ko sa boss ko for letting it all go mismanaged under his roof despite bringing to his attention. But I still respect him. I have socially withdrawn from our particular unit though. Mas may kaibigan ako sa kabilang opisina at building]

Attempt to solve:

Nakailang bakasyon na ako. Ganito rin babalikan ko so vacation helps, but it's not a long term solution. Nagka gym life na ko outside work for sanity --- pumayat na nga ko. But at the end of the day, ayoko pumasok sa opisina kinabukasan and would willingly sign up for events, field assignment and other outside ganap regularly (which is good except wala ko matapos na papel masyado).

My madear would always say pray. So I guess ipagppray ko ng makaalis ASAP. Pero bukod dun, ano ba pwede gawin? Wala kasi sa wiring ko rumesbak at maghasik ng lagim. Haha. Escapist lang tayo. Baka kaya pala matagal makalipat kasi binibigyan ako ng opportunity gumanti. Chareng.
