So previous weeks, this guy always ruining our low level public room, dont know what with this person. he might be so poor to build LLD char . lvl 86 Fire sorc ( DONALDTRUMP) the trouble maker in real life. finally killed by level 30 then left the game. got his ear in my stash to bully him when he enter our game next time. 😅😅😅😅.
manald ring was supposed to be Fast run walk and now caster, and this blood letter is gonna be awesome in LLd soon then SOCkETED with min max jewel + Ed.
Had a nice dueling today with 2 gear set I used.
I know I got alot of haters about LLD thing but this is my niche and content . playing both magic finds then dueling when done with the magic finding.
PS: Forgive me about the recording quality.😁

PCNL
Just wanted to share a Unique build that I'm the only person using. I like to experiment with item combinations, so I tried making General's Tan Do Li Xi (unique weapon) useful in LLD. The main offensive draw here is the 50% Slows Target, along with the +1–20 flat damage.
I socketed it with an Eth rune (-25% Target Defense) so I can shred high-defense opponents with every hit. I’ve dueled multiple melee chars with it, and it’s actually working—funnily enough, I'm managed to win.
Since a Zealer needs Deadly Strike and I'm not running the Honor runeword, I used a Blood helm to source it. For the rest of the setup, I'm using Max Damage jewels in the shield and stocking my inventory with 3/19/15 Max/AR/Life small charms.
PS: this is BM set up though,, I only use this for fun if somone using a cold damage to me so i will counter his/her shittty cold damage who tried to slow me down while dueling in melee. also im not running any item with cannot be frozen because it affects my overall max damage performance.
one of Next ladder change
Using an unpopular set for a melee PvP build, like using a Deflecting Paladin Shield... Currently, I'm the only one using this shield in melee duels on the US server. All my opponents use common setups with a Stormshield or Phoenix runeword, but I want to be different and explore options outside the popular meta. Even if my weapon lacks Increased Attack Speed (IAS), I make sure I have a solution to hit the necessary IAS breakpoints so my build stays competitive against players using super GG gear.
PS: I know melee builds get hate from other players, but it's been my main class since 2000 and my very first D2 character. Everyone has their preferences! I love physical combat in-game because I'm a huge fan of real-life combat sports like boxing and UFC. So I really don't care if people joke about us just spamming left-click in duels. 😁
My Low level ww (lvl 30 dueler) barb set up.
Tripple squid 80life each. my helm is unfinished- Still planning to upgrade with better jewel for stronger damage output.

are the game we use in public room.
Some are playing with lvl 9/18 aswell.
I stopped leveling at lvl 95. Also I go for style points, but I always make sure I can win my duels. I like running budget gear that can still take down Lvl99 players using super rare GG items. That’s what makes dueling so much fun for me.
It's definitely an off-meta Zealer build like who used a Fort armor+stormshield+blood helm. I got those aswell as my primary set.

If you want to build an LLD, you can actually use dual Honor Naga bases. It’s still a very competitive weapon setup and one of the best to use. It can even kill players using eth self-repair Nagas. Your charm inventory and using the right jewels in your gear will be the keys to winning. One of the main features of a good LLD is sockets, A normal base weapon can turn your gear to be a godly one.
This is successive 2 days in a row.
Dont know whats up with this guy. Cant think why there is always a person who ruin the fun. I cant imagine how they behave in real life. 😅.
But we managed to make a new one.
I will use this for my secondary weapon swap as charger.
my build is pure zealer but if I meet a foh din, necro, trap sin. i used a charge to beat them.
So, we just had a fun and action-packed duel earlier: my team, with a WW tele-Barb, vs. a Java/Bow Zon and a Trapsin. We went 7-4 in our favor.
I'm usually a full-melee Zealer build, but this time I changed my gear to run a semi-Charger build. It's a really nice combo to team up with a WW Barb. My responsibility was to hit the Sin first to distract or eliminate her because of her traps. Meanwhile, the tele-Barb used his fast movement and Teleport to keep the Bowazon busy running. That strategy worked out really well!
I dont expect to any good drops but just goldfind and Cham showed up. What a great feeling than trading a jah runes.
This is unusual but good for them - mostly LLD guys are in Non ladder.
That name is such a trouble maker even in real world!😅😅.
LLD is fun but super expensive. Swapping Jewels from 5min-18max to 20min-13max damage is a huge boost to my overall melee performance. Losing 5 max damage and 2 stats is pretty minimal—that +15 min damage is the real deal here to hit like a truck.
Dueling a shield whirlwind Barb takes forever, and you need a ton of mana to finish the fight. I dont really like using shields personally, but in BvB, you have to adapt if the other guy runs a max-block setup.
My solution? 'Damage Taken Goes to Mana.' Most players overlook this stat, but it gives you almost close to unlimited mana in duels. Today I built an armor in an Ornate Plate base but also i used a jewel with a -15% req jewel so I didn't have to waste stat points on strength.
You can also get this damage goes to ama from Angelic rings/amulet set, but the downside is brutal: your mana drops below 100. To fix it, you'd have to ditch your Max AR small charms for 15life/12mana charms, which just isn't worth it to lose a damage even your attack rating will go up.
