Nice to see in this day and age, some companies are actually improving their products- nice job softsoap

Went to buy softsoap hand soap refills and noticed they now have an integrated spout to making refilling easier. Very nice.

To be honest I’m not actually a big fan of softsoap. The texture is not the best. However I have to respect a company actually making their product better instead of worse.

I bought a used Spirit MX off amazon. Is it okay or should I return it?

First time buying a Spirit so I don’t know what to expect

  1. The pliers seem stiff. I know there’s no spring but isn’t it supposed to be smooth enough for gravity to open it?

  2. Is that circle on the plier head cosmetic damage or supposed to be there? It doesn’t really bother me but I would like to know

  3. When viewed from this angle the halves of the pliers don’t seem to align. Is this normal or not?

is that I commonly read opinions I completely disagree with, like

"the pliers are essential"

"the parcel hook is the most underrated tool"

but no one ever really debates or argue, we just upvote each other.
