Had some small damage from condensation from the winter. Fixed the cause with the gutter now need to fix this defect. Peeled away all that was bubbling and displaced and need recommendations on how to patch. There is at most about an 1/8 inch gap as you can see in picture 2. Dry wall appears to be in fine shape. Any advice would be appreciated. I assumed just feather out some compound but now second guessing myself. Thanks in advance

2015 Ford Escape
Wife started it first thing this morning. Got into gear and car shut off. The video is how it is operating now about 3 hours after initial start. We have been home with second child so been about 5 weeks of no movement from that car. Any advice, help, and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
I’m stupid with home improvement. How can I fix this hole? Is it just as simple as breaking off the remaining drywall paper that is hanging, clean, and paint? There is no hole in the drywall I think it’s just the paper that is falling off. Please help and talk to me as a beginner and forgive my ignorance. Thanks in advance
