I have Nanoleaf Shapes that I’d like to connect. I’ve had them for several years now, but in recent weeks they’ve been offline the entire time and inaccessible in the app. The control panel on the device worked and still works perfectly. However, when I perform a hard reset and try to reconnect the device, I keep getting the same error shown in the attachment. The Wi-Fi password is correct, though (I’ve checked it multiple times for typos), and even after several attempts to reinstall the app or swap out the power adapter with the control panel (I have Triangles and Hexagons that I’ve combined, so I still had a “control set” in my drawer), this error keeps popping up over and over again.
What should I do? Do I need to create a new account? Do I need to restart my Wi-Fi router? Do I need to change my password there? Has anyone else had similar problems and might be able to help me? Thank you!
