trying to sell my lead qualification system — got 1 free client. Am I delusional or is my targeting just off?

Hey everyone, since 2023 i have been training and building ai automations on my own free time until i became somewhat comfortable and started building full on Saas's not for clients but for me. Then I started venturing myself in the online world. I knew i could make money building but i didnt know what. So i studied the main pain points of a niche that fascinated me the most: Info coaches.

Most of them had the same DM me something in my bio and ill get to you.

I felt like that was a terrible way of doing stuff. Why would you pay an appointment setter, or rely on manual labor texting back and forth a lead that is potentially not going to buy from you when you could have a full on automation workflow that does the heavy lifting for you. The full lead flow is super intuitive: click link fill form you get an email telling you congrats youre ready to join the paid program and if youre not qualified no worries youll stay in the email list until you become ready. As for the coach he only receives a notification with all the details regarding the warm lead: what to say to close, level of interest, potential red flags.

easier sales call and higher conversion

So ive built it and dmed 100 coaches. Only 1 client and it was free. So now i am questionning myself: IMO the product is good but the targeting is bad. Since ive built i might be delusionnal so thats why i am asking you guys for input. Should i keep on with this niche or is my product worth more elsewhere

I built an automated lead qualification system for high ticket coaches — here’s what it does

I’ve been building lead qualification systems for high ticket coaches and noticed the same problem everywhere.

Coaches are either:
• DMing every lead manually to figure out if they’re worth a call
• Using a static Typeform that dumps info into a spreadsheet with zero follow up
• Jumping on 45 min calls with people who were never going to buy

So I built a done-for-you system that fixes that.
Here’s what it includes:

A custom VSL that warms up the lead before they answer anything.
A qualification form built around the coach’s specific ideal client.

An instant automated message to the lead after submission. An instant brief sent to the coach with everything they need — budget, red flags, green flags, level of interest, suggested talking points, and a lead score.

The ones who don’t qualify don’t disappear — they go into an email nurture sequence until they’re ready.

No more back and forth texting leads. No more wasted calls. You show up knowing exactly who you’re talking to and how to close them.

If you’re a high ticket coach or you work with them and this sounds relevant, drop a comment or DM me

Need help on this positioning

I’ve recently tried out typeform and wasn’t satisfied with the tier subscription and the lack of data analytics so that led me to start building my own form qualification automation.

Pretty simple: the lead answers the form , the automation logic qualifies it and sends to those that are qualified the link to book an appointment as well as information about the lead to the coach , info preneur. By info in saying : pain points , budget, keypoint to discuss during meeting. Stuff to make the sales call as quick as possible.

For those that aren’t qualified they remain in an email list and they receive emails every week for nurturing.

Product was tested with two coaches and they were generally satisfied with the product. However, I was thinking of partnering up with people that run ads for info preneurs in order to fill their pipeline and my tool qualifies them.

My clients could increase the price of their services
Client retention increases
And I touch a 20% + set up fee

Is this complete delusion or could this be a genuinely good idea for me

Iman gadzi 195$ pack

After the 4 days challenge (with little to no value and listening to iman trying to sell me monetize for 2k during 2hours straight) iman is launching a 195$ offer and I don’t know what to think about it.

I like building automated agents and websites. i’ve always wanted to make money with something I have built and this year I have came incredibly close to that goal. For the first time I jumped on sales calls and closed deals (just building projects for free). Shot countless amounts of cold dms ,however I think I need that extra help.

I am a firm believer that you genuinely don’t need to buy courses or coaching. All the info is there for free , however with this 195$ offer I am kinda very convinced to buy.

Knowing the scammy/fishy history of iman I’m on still on the fence and would like to hear the people opinion
