1.Preparing for upsc since past 2 years and now switched to state pcs is a govt job written in my destiny if yes the when ? Timeline ?
2.Do I need to follow something or do some remedies to remove the hurdles or to make it happen soon

1.Due to past 2 attempt failures now I’ve shifted to state pcs please guide me whether should I stick with upsc if I have a chance of becoming ips ias officer in upcoming 2 years or should I go ahead with state pcs exams

2. Do I have a possibility of getting a govt job by next year
   Iam feeling extremely helpless and questioning is there a chance of getting any govt job be it group a b or c at this point?

Please help me!!
