I’m on day 3 of working for Chase as an Associate Banker. Dumb question but how long should I take to finish the learning modules? I either think i’m going to fast or too slow, but it’s repetitive and making the days go by so slow
I start my job as an associate banker tomorrow (30 hours) and was just wondering how training works. I was hired a little unconventionally, and there was a bunch of miscommunication (e.g., the wrong branch/manager on my offer letter, and I was only informed 5 days before I started that I’m at an entirely different branch). Just wondering how TRAINING hours work specifically because I’ve seen conflicting hours like 9am-3 pm or the full 9-5. I know it’s fully based on my market, but just looking for some experiences if training is 40 hours then 30 hour transition. (I was told to report at 9 am or 9:30 tomorrow).
