Everybody says its easy but how exactly, what level of questions in maths and english

I want to apply for bs cs, can i wait for last cycle or do i have to apply in this current one which has test on june 6?
Also if i get admission and i wanna wait and apply to another uni, what can we do?
Will we have to pay initial fees even when applying for scholarship like need based?
