has alumina helped anyone with constipation accompanied with no urge to poop?

i am very much frustrated with my condition. It began with usual constipation 3 months backs and now it has been 2 months since I popped naturally on my own.

I only go when I take osmotic laxatives like PEG and Milk of magnesia.

On record, i have went 7 days without a bowel movement, i eat normally still no urge to poop but no concerning symptoms either like bloating cramping or nausea.

I feel depressed and scared everytime I remember it's been 2 months since I popped naturally.

I came across alumina where homeopathic doctors say that is given to ppl who are suffering with constipation accompanied with little or no urge to poop.

I really want to hear success stories or if anyone actually saw results.

will this be considered creepy/inappropriate?

I always take an e-rickshaw home and there had been a couple of times wherein i had to share it with creepy men, mostly aged between 19-26ish. So the other day, I was returning home from school. After covering abt 2 kilometres from school, the e-rickshaw stopped for a passenger, man, who came across as someone in his very early 50s, looked educated. I could notice him stealing a few glances, not in a bad way, but as if he was very curious to ask something. He couldn't control it anymore and striked the convo. It was way too normal, like a teen talking to an elderly person who is reminiscing Abt their school times. He asked if I went to school and where it was. Started talking Abt his school days( the school he went to is very near to mine and was a very popular boys school in my city ). He talked a lil Abt studies and stuff and his life. Everything seemed normal, but idk why smth just felt off and odd abt him, his vibe. Also, when he asked me what grade i studied in, and j said 12th, he went like "are, mujhe laga 9th me ho beta aap, bhut young lagti ho." Afterwards, he asked the rickshaw driver to stop and got off where he had to. Out of respect, I bid hum with "uncle namaste" to which he replied "you're really beautiful". I said nothing and just observed him leaving. The thing that kept me wondering was that he turned around to look back, not in a way to make it obvious but in a slow way as if he were trying to look at smth else but I saw him looking at the rickshaw specifically.

back home, i contemplated over this a lot and i just cannot bring myself to think of it as a full fledged creepy incident because it all felt so harmless yet strange. does it require me to overthink about it?
