I was reviewing my W2s from 2 years ago and realized I overcontributed past the $23k max in my 401ks by $2.5K due to changing jobs and bonuses. I understand there’ll be penalties and fees but how do I fix this? The IRS has not sent me a notice about this.

Flying from Washington to Geneva via Zurich on the same reservation. I’m a non EU passport holder (US). Is a 1h 30min layover doable given terminal transfers, immigration, security? I’ll be flying business if that makes any difference
