Need a way to work around some injuries

I'm a 30 year old
I want to focus on compounds but the doctor told me I should run away from the deadlift and loaded squats because apparently I have:
-6 degree scoliosis
-mild kyphosis
-L4-L5 bulging disc

This came as news to me because I never had aches except one time that I fell on my back and folded my knees to my face which got my lower back sore for like a week but that was like 6 years ago, never had issues since and I've always been a fit and active person. He then offered me I buy some sort of lifting belt that's supposedly custom made for me at 200$.
Any tips I can perform dealifts safely or at least build up to a deadlift or similar exercise?

I think I got tangled in the Mandela effect with some shows with W.I.T.C.H

I got a huge nostalgia wave yesterday and I started looking up for the shows I used to watch growing up that were aired on Jetix. Now this isn't my first time revisiting the brand and it's story but it's the first time I was actually making a list of the shows I could prominently remember.

One show W.I.T.C.H that as most boys I did not really watch came to my mind because I could vividly remember all the girls in my class were crazy over.
The Mandela effect kicked in when I saw it aired 2010. I'm born 1995 and I'm deffinately sure that way back in 2003/2004 girls were already talking about it.
Am I tripping? Or am I getting confused because it had comic book prior to being an actual show?
I live in the eastern part of Europe and we definitely had a slight variation of the channel but it is not something of note compared to western europe or the US programs. Maybe a show or two were not aired here like Combo Ninos, Daigunter and Mon Colle Knights. Okay that's 3.

Recommend me lively progressive servers, WOTLK preferebly, please

I just tried out Project Alterac, they run on WOTLK client, I think they progressed to level 40 currently, but it feels a bit empty, roughly 100 people online and by what's showing in [Global] the large magority are in BG not PVE.

Don't know if "progressive" is the right term for level capping servers so excuse me if I misled in my title.
