We just got the Family Next but we also tested the Trek Fetch 4 last month and loved the dropper seatpost to help with pushing off (I’m 5’2”). Has anyone installed a dropper seatpost on their UA?

I was charged nearly $500 in overage fees when our internet wasn't working well enough to have a single Zoom meeting. I spoke to an agent who promised a refund of those charges if we stayed with xfinity and upgrade to the newest fastest service which was supposed to be better. Not only is the internet not better (drops a dozen times a day in Chicago from 5 seconds to 10 mins), but they lied about the refund. It never came, despite confirming with another agent that it was promised and would come within 7 days. Every agent I've spoken to since has rudely told me I don't deserve the refund and it's impossible for Xfinity to refund anyone over $60. They even sound offended that I would hold them to what their agents promised to make a sale. Absolute rip off for people in Chicago, AVOID XFINITY.

I paid off a phone from Xfinity to switch carriers and I cannot for the life of me get anyone at that company to send me proof of payment for it. It's not in the online account and hours via chat and on the phone with agents has led to a baffling nothing. Aren't businesses required to provide proof of payment? Has anyone figured out how to get them to do this basic thing? Currently sitting on hold and it seems the agent just disappeared while he was 'checking the account'.
