[WTT][EU-IRE][H] Xenns Top Pro [W] IEM's!

Looking to trade my pair of Xenns Top Pro, with upgraded openheart cable and original box. Kept in great condition in their case with silica gel. Fantastic IEM that I've had no issues with at all, great sound out of them.

Big discrepancy between bit rates - SpotiFlac Next

For some reason I'm finding when I'm downloading through SpotiFlac there is a huge difference in bit rates between different tracks on the same album. These were all taken from Tidal, some albums I get perfect 24bit and for some I've seen my bitrate drop to the low 400's. Is there a source that doesn't vary as much?

Student Accommodation Worries

Not sure if this is the right place to put this post, someone can correct me if I'm wrong. I'm a student just after finishing the LC and all of my top courses on my CAO are in UL. Unfortunately, I lost the lottery along with all of my friends for student accommodation and have been unable to secure private accommodation either. I have rang at least 25 people relentlessly attempting to find some sort of accommodation. I live quite a distance from UL so commuting is completely out of the picture, my dream course is in UL and I would hate to have to differ for a year just for the fact that I have no place to rest my head at night. I know I'm not the only one in this position as all my friends are in the same position, we've tried to look for a house we could all rent but have found nothing on that front either.

This has caused quite a large amount of stress on me personally, as I have no idea what I can possibly do. Is anyone else in the same boat as me? Has anyone else been in a similar situation and if so how did you resolve it? Any guidance here would be fantastic!
