So since the whole playstation killing discs scandal started and the PSBlackout (which im still doing, simply because i forgot to put auto sign in back on and im not planning to anytime soon)

my PS5 has been sat gathering dust

I did occasionally bounce from my PS5 to PS3 before that and still bought some games for it

At the start of the year I sold my Nintendo switch and all the games to buy a stack of delisted rare games ( in the first photo ) all since then have either shot up in price or alot harder to find

My girlfriend runs a CeX store here in the UK so i can use her discount which is a good perk 🤣

Then after the disc announcement i started buying more PS3 games (also some digital exclusives i will admit)

And I'm enjoying my PS3 way more than i did my PS5 games feel so much more pure in a way

No monetisation, no ads , no 100GB updates, less glitch and bugs, no painful install times. Simply put the game in and play. Just how it should have stayed

Im currently playing Oddworld Munch's Odyssey because it stumpped me as a kid and im gonna beat it now and before that i played through the orginal Silent Hill and i plan on playing them all, we also have a collection of those aswell

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

I was really into Yu-Gi-Oh as a kid (we're talking 2004-07), both cards and shows.I remember being on holiday in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and first watching Yu-Gi-Oh! GX on TV and was so excited and mind-blown because I don't think it had come on British TV yet.I also had one of the vintage 2004 Chaos Duel Disks as a kid; I remember getting it for Christmas.I'd played a few games with friends at the time, but nothing serious. But time went on, and I moved to other things, but I'm now rediscovering the old-school love of it. Now I'm an adult with adult money, so I've started buying back into my childhood; I had to start with the vintage starter decks.

I remember getting Joey's and Yugi's on holiday in Florida, I think.I also had Kaiba's one, but that's stupidly expensive now.The 25th-anniversary one is full of newly bought cards. What do y'all think? Where did your earliest memories start?

Finally got the platinum

But to whoever added those ARCADE trophies i have a message for you
