recommend a lightweight folding ebike?

I’m looking for a lightweight folding e-bike for around €1000

Main issue is that I injured my arm before, so I really can’t deal with anything too heavy or awkward to carry. I also need something foldable because I have to bring it onto trains pretty often during longer commutes.

Yeah I know a lot of people will probably say non-folding bikes are lighter / ride better, but for my situation folding is basically mandatory.

Does anyone here have recommendations for something relatively light, practical, and not insanely expensive?

Why does cycling conflict framing change so much when a celebrity is involved?

That Benedict Cumberbatch cycling clip got me thinking about how differently these situations get described depending on who is involved.

From what was shown, it’s basically a cyclist calling out another rider for running red lights and unsafe riding in London. But the way it’s been reported feels a bit interesting the focus quickly shifts to “road rage” and “heated argument” rather than what actually happened on the road.

It also made me wonder how different the reaction would be if both people were just random commuters instead of one of them being a celebrity.

Feels like there’s also a weird perception around bikes sometimes like expensive or “cargo” setups get treated very differently in terms of credibility or attention, even though in practice a lot of normal riders on much cheaper bikes can and do keep up in city traffic just fine.

Not really trying to say who was right here, just curious how people see this kind of framing. Would this even be a story if it wasn’t a public figure?
