CEL for O2 sensors after tune?

I have a C6 corvette that just got longtube headers put on. I paid a guy with a HP tuner to tune the car after.

Everything was fine but after about 10-15 miles my CEL came back on. It’s all for the downstream O2 sensors. I was told he put the tune in to delete those rear O2 sensors, but it seems that’s not the case.

I messaged him and his first response is it must be new codes that popped up. I’m not super knowledgeable on tuning, but the 4 codes P0136, P0140, P0156, P0160 all seem to be linked to the rears which I asked about prior to him tuning.

Did I get scammed or is there something else that needed to be done in the tune so the car doesn’t keep the CEL on?

C6 Pricing

I’m hoping to pickup a C6 manual in the near future, but it seems in my area the prices are really all over the place. There aren’t a lot of “clean” examples and the few that are seem to be insanely priced from what I see around the country.

I’m in the Midwest and I’ve come across a 2006 with 34k miles on it. It seems to be in very good condition and well kept. It’s got long tube headers, cam, exhaust, wide body kit, and it’s been paint corrected/ceramic coated.

The few flaws are it has a small hairline crack in the targa top paint where the top aligns with the car. Other than that just a small crack in the mirror that seems to have been caused by a rock.

The price is $29k. Is that reasonable in today’s world? Ideally I’d find a somewhat “clean” example around $20-25k with higher mileage. I plan to drive the car often so getting something around 80k+ mileage is what I was planning. I just can’t seem to find any in my area.

Contacting Neighboring Listings Agent?

I’m planning to list and sell my rental property FSBO. Not here to debate using a realtor or the benefit they bring.

My question is, the house directly next to my rental just got listed and under contract 2 weeks ago. I was tempted to contact the agent who is selling that property to see if she wanted to send any of the backup offers my way, and if they end up closing sending her a $500-1000 finders fee.

I assume they would probably try to offer to list and sell the property for me which I’m not looking for. As a realtor, would you be offended if the owner of the house next door offered a deal like that? I figured it’s fairly easy money for them as I assume any backup offers are interested in that area and the houses are very identical.

Are they allowed to contact backup offers about different house? Either way, I know I will be paying a buyers agent commission, but I have someone on my end to do the paperwork so the buyers agent won’t be doing double the work for the same commission.

Board recommendations under $500

I’ve only gone wakesurfing a handful of times but picked it up quickly the times I have done it. Parents got a Nautique 230 and so I’m wanting a board that I can shake the rust off, but grow into and not be limited.

I’m 190lbs and am hoping to stay under $500ish but would consider slightly more if the boards are that much better. Growing up I always wakeboarded and was a Ronix fan, but admittedly don’t know a lot about wakesurf boards or what style to be looking for.

My parents plan to get a bigger entry level board for everyone else just learning, so truly looking for a board mainly for myself to get better on to eventually do tricks.

How many batteries for 1800watt boat lift

I was going to get a solar battery setup for my boatlift. The motor is 120v and 15amp. I’d have to get battery boxes to mount to the rails so less is more. My other thought would be getting a 2000-3000watt power station and just bringing down to the lift to plug in the motor each time.
