I integrated a specialized AI into my car wash , spa, garage management system that analyzes your daily data. It doesn't just show you "sales" it gives you a "Daily Business Intelligence" summary.

It will tell you things like: "Your staff performance dropped on Tuesdays," or "You're using 20% more washing shampoo than normal for the number of cars washed." It even gives you a "Creative Tip" of the day to help you upsell.

Generic POS systems just print receipts. Your generic POS is basically just an expensive calculator the system i built actually thinks about how you can make more money. If your POS doesn't understand that "1 Wash" = "200ml of Shampoo", and it doesn't have an AI to tell you why your profit dropped this week, it's not helping you manage your car wash. It's just a digital receipt book. Software should solve your problems, not just look pretty at the counter.

When your client asks for Ferrari features but buys a bicycle

Client: “We want to track everything. Even how resources are used per service.”

Me: builds exactly that.

Client: “Hmm… expensive.”

Also client: buys a basic tool that can’t do any of that.

I’m not even angry…😂😂😂😂

Why do we fear one-time payment but love subscriptions?

Serious question.

I offered a system for 1.7M tzs lifetime ownership, customized to the business.

Client said it’s expensive.

Then happily signed up for ~300k–700k/year subscription(Won't mention who they chose).

Let’s do simple math:

  • 300k/year → 5 years = 1.5M
  • 720k/year → 3 years = 2.16M

And that’s for something generic.

Why does “installments” feel cheaper even when it’s clearly not?

I just need to vent kidogo.

I built a full car wash / carspa / garage management system for a client and integrated it with AI to analyze their business data and give them Insights na Recommendations not just a POS, but something that actually tracks how their business works. These guys literally wanted to know how many washes one shampoo bottle can do. Like proper operational tracking. Quoted them 1.7M one-time. System is theirs forever. They went for a cheaper generic pos with basic report, yearly subscription instead.

But here’s what hurts after 3 years, they’ll have paid more than what I asked… for something that doesn’t even solve their real problem. Are we just addicted to “cheap now, expensive later” in Tanzania?
