I'm kinda broke rn and I need a gpu so I went to fb marketplace and found a deal from shop owner selling 1650 with 1 year company warranty(idk how this company warranty thing works on used gpu, if you know about this then please educate me)
I informed my father about this deal, he said that 16 series is wayy too old and I should consider 30 series but it's too expensive now bc of ram crisis and he told me to wait and denied me from buying that 1650
The thing is i dont want 30 series I just need any gpu to break free from the chains of igpu(I'm using igpu for like 14 years, upgraded my whole pc 4-5 years ago but still didn't got a dedicated gpu)
How do i convince my dad for it? Because if I keep waiting like this then I might never have a gpu
Edit: gtx 1650 price - $83
I was looking for a used gpu and I found a shop selling it so I called them and they priced gtx 1650 at 8k rs
The part that is confusing me is that he said it has 1 year company warranty and if I bargain and he decreases the price then it will have no warranty since he won't be able to make a bill
How come a used gpu has 1 year company warranty that activates the moment I purchase it?
