I JUST WANT MORE CATS

man, I feel like it's taking so fkn long to get new facilities installed and get new cats after hitting like 85+ cats, and it's made me play the game less because I don't feel like I have as much to be excited about. like, most of the events are fun and I enjoy the mini-games, but the main appeal for me is collecting and dressing up the cats.

does anyone have any advice for speeding up the process?

also, it's been so long since I've been able to install a new facility that I have 300 6 hour energy tickets

so I have a second account I use for posting art, and I took the time to add alt text, tags, and list the sources and artists on each post. the idea of having to start over and do all those things again triggers my anxiety so bad.

I have...

•changed my password to try and gain access to the account

•e-mailed support with zero reply

•tried logging in on browser

not really sure what else I can do?

if anyone has ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

so I know I get some kind of token reward for the Sanrio soup game/event but I have no idea where I use them? I don't see a shop anywhere that takes them.
