94 4.0 and 04 civic , not bad for first vehicles, both beaters with a heater, ditch clearin tree bumpin mfs💪. Figured I should share thank yall.

I have an 04 civic lx, just did head gasket and other ods and ends. I put brand new cat and o2 sensors but computer is getting no activity from them, barley starts and throttle fluctuates. I’m guessing bad wiring on the harness going to the o2 plugs up front but not sure how to test that,any help would be appreciated. Just bought a multi meter but I’m clueless with electrical.
