Who would be at fault in accident?

Yesterday I was going to pick my daughter up from school to take her to her dentist appointment and I got in my car and got about 200 feet into the parking lot (driving) before I realized that I left my wallet in apartment (need insurance card in wallet) and so I put the vehicle into reverse and I was going to back into a parking spot but the spot that I was closest too was taken and the next one was not so I backed up a little to angle myself into the next spot and a car was also backing out at the same time and our rear fenders hit. I checked rear view mirror when I initially started backing up and then checked side mirrors to see when I was close to parking spot and that’s when we collided. I live in Ohio so I understand there is split blame/negligence so wanted to see what others thought? Thank you

I was backed into in a parking lot with minor damages and the lady who hit me expressed that she couldn’t afford a raise in her rates. I work on vehicles and told her I could repair or replace bumper. She ended up talking to her husband and went through the insurance company but never let me know and I woke up today with a text from my insurance company asking me for information and I filled everything out and got a claim number. I cannot find that claim number anywhere on my Progressive app. Should I call progressive before I file another claim, or is there a possibility that the claim was for her insurance and that’s why I’m not able to see it? So knowing that I figured I should file my own claim as well. But not entirely sure, any help is appreciated.
