This is probably a weird question for the sub, but I am an avid ttrpger with years of experience both running and playing games. But I've never had a chance to play Vampire, and I wold sure love to.

Are there any groups looking for a new player? Or places in town that have games other than 5e?

Edited to add: an online game would be fine too! And if by some miracle a group were playing Vampire the Requiem I'd be even more interested if that were possible.

Hello. First off, this question was deleted from r/xxfitness for some reason, so if I have unknowingly committed some crime of etiquette my bad. It seems pertinent though, so let me try here.

I used to lift regularly and took some time off. This week I started at the gym again. Because of my schedule and lifestyle I am going to try to keep my routine as simple as possible. Three days a week, full body, focused on compound lifts. I want to be generally stronger, support a cut, and look better. That latter point is (if I am honest) the most important one for me. I want to be hot lol. In particular I want to work on my butt which is small and unaesthetic.

My question: does it make sense to include a fourth day dedicated to glutes? Or is that playing with fire? I was thinking that it would be a good way to fit in stuff that I wouldn't have time for on the full body days like the abductor, side cables, etc. My glutes will be getting hit on the full body days of course, but more frequency is supposed to help with hypertrophy right? Thanks!

Hi all, I've not interacted here before, so if this is against the rules my bad. I used to lift, took some time off, and just this week started going to the gym again. I'm not an expert of course, but I'm not inexperienced either, and I am taking a stab at designing my own program.

I'm being as simple as possible, due to my schedule and lifestyle. 3 days a week full body, hit every muscle group, three sets of 10-12. Focused on compounds. My goals are to build general strength, support a cut......and, well, um, to get as hot as possible as well as grow my booty. This is pure vanity, and I am not ashamed in the slightest. I want an aesthetic butt.

My question: does it make sense to add a fourth day to my full body routine dedicated entirely to glutes? My lower body (including the glutes ofc) will still be getting hit during the full body days. I just want to give them a bit more work. Maybe do some exercises I don't have time or space for in the main program like the abduction machine and so on.

What do you think?
