How to gain customers for the B2B helpdesk startup through outbound? (I will not promote)

I was working with a startup for 2 months now, we've developed a good product, set up landing pages and everything.

But still didn't get any customers (aside from referrals)

It was my first time as a marketer (I'm 17), for now, we are focusing on outreach cause that's where we can get our initial customers, can anyone tell how to ACTUALLY get first customers through outreach? How to hold conversation, how to persuade, and stuff like that?( I know some stuff, but let's say I don't for better understandings)

I'm curious to hear from experienced people about that.

We’ve build a helpdesk SaaS and trying to get in front of:

•mid-size teams getting a lot of support emails (using Slack, Click up, etc.) •Shopify owners dealing with the same mess

What will your role be?

•finding the right people •sending stuff that actually gets replies •not burning accounts in a week

Rough volume could be 50–100/day, but honestly quality matters way more than hitting numbers.

For the test phase (few days): thinking about performance-based (per sale)

Once we see it working, we’ll scale this properly ($1k–$5k/month range retainer)

I’ll handle ICP, direction, etc You handle sourcing and outreach.

If you’re interested or need more details to understand, DM me!

I am looking for an outreach agency for a B2B SaaS product to outreach 100/day to 1000/day massages on X or Linkedin to Medium size businesses who gets lots of emails for customer support and their team works mostly on slack, clickup, and tools like that.

Our second ICP is Shopify owners with the same details mentioned above.

For the initial testing phase, we are thinking about paying on results basis. But after that, we are paying $1k/month to $5k/month (based on results and how much value you create)

Fill out the form and We'll reply within 24 hrs!
